Terms & conditions

These terms apply when you access or use The Culture's Counsel website and attorney connection service.

Last updated: September 30, 2026

1. Service description

The Culture's Counsel is an attorney connection service, not a law firm. We help people share an inquiry with independent attorneys who may be able to assist.

2. No attorney-client relationship

Using this site or submitting information does not create an attorney-client relationship. That relationship is formed only if you and an attorney enter into a written agreement.

3. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to use this site only for lawful purposes.

4. Communications

By submitting your contact information and checking the consent box, you agree that The Culture's Counsel and participating attorneys may contact you by phone, email, or text, including through automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

5. No warranties

The site and connection service are provided as available. We do not promise that an attorney will accept your matter or guarantee any legal outcome.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, The Culture's Counsel is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of this site or an independent attorney's services.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
